Orders & Payments

Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products and serviceable pin codes.

To reduce fraudulent orders and failed deliveries, some COD orders may require a small advance confirmation payment before processing.
The advance confirmation amount helps us verify genuine orders and reduce failed deliveries. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
Order modifications may be possible only before production or processing begins.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before production begins, whichever occurs first.

Once production, printing, packaging, or dispatch processing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:
  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
Orders are generally processed within 1–4 business days before dispatch.

Processing times may increase during launches, sales, promotions, and high-demand periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping processes have started. Horizon Wear is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

No. We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Dislike of design or colour
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
Returns are not accepted for customer-selected size issues. However, we offer a one-time size exchange subject to eligibility conditions and stock availability.
One size exchange per item. Additional exchange requests for the same product may not be accepted.
For approved size exchanges:
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the original product back to Horizon Wear.
  • Horizon Wear will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement product.
You may choose:
  • Another available design of equivalent value, or
  • Store credit equal to the product value
If you request a monetary refund instead of store credit, a ₹100 Exchange Handling Fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns may be accepted if:
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • An incorrect size was sent by Horizon Wear
All claims are subject to review and approval.
Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Yes.

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims, customers may be required to provide a complete and unedited unboxing video along with supporting photographs.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. Actual credit timelines depend on banks and payment providers.
Approved COD refunds may be issued through UPI transfer, Bank transfer, or other approved refund methods. Valid refund details may be required.

Refused & Failed Deliveries

Customers are expected to accept validly dispatched orders.

Orders returned due to customer refusal, non-acceptance, incorrect address details, or other customer-caused delivery failures may not be eligible for refund, cancellation, or exchange.
Yes, subject to approval. Additional shipping charges based on prevailing courier rates may apply.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.
Minor variations in print placement, colour tone, and finishing may occur and are not considered defects.
Yes. Garment measurements may vary by up to approximately 1 inch due to manufacturing tolerances.
For best results:
  • Wash inside out
  • Use cold water
  • Avoid bleach & harsh detergents
  • Do not iron directly on prints
  • Avoid tumble drying where possible
Improper wash care may affect print longevity and shall not qualify for return or exchange.
