Return & Refund Policy

At Horizon Wear (HRZN), we strive to provide premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. As many of our products are produced, printed, customised, or finished after order confirmation, we maintain specific policies regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
By placing an order on horizonwear.in, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before production, printing, customisation, packaging, or dispatch processing begins, whichever occurs first.
Cancellation requests submitted after the above conditions may not be accepted.
Cancellation After Production Begins
Horizon Wear reserves the right to reject cancellation requests once printing has begun, production has commenced, packaging has started, dispatch processing has started, or the order has been handed over to a courier partner.
Cancellation Refund Timeline
Approved cancellations for prepaid orders shall be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days.
For eligible COD orders, any advance confirmation amount paid shall be refunded only if cancellation is approved within the permitted cancellation window.
2. Return Eligibility
To maintain hygiene, product integrity, and operational efficiency, Horizon Wear follows a limited return policy.
Eligible Cases
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product contains a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product delivered
- Incorrect size delivered by Horizon Wear
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns shall not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Dislike of design, colour, or artwork
- Ordering the wrong size or incorrect product selection
- Delayed delivery caused by third-party courier services
- Minor colour variations, print placement variations, or normal manufacturing tolerances
- Wash-care related damage or improper handling after delivery
3. Return Request Window
Customers must raise eligible return requests within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.
4. Proof Requirements
To protect both customers and Horizon Wear from fraudulent claims, customers may be required to provide a complete and unedited unboxing video, clear product photographs, packaging photographs, and order details. Horizon Wear reserves the right to request additional evidence before approving any claim.
5. Product Condition Requirements
For any approved return or exchange request, products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, free from stains/odours, and include all original tags and packaging. Products failing inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.
6. Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing concerns may occasionally arise. As a customer-friendly gesture, Horizon Wear offers a one-time size exchange subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility & Limit
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and meet all product condition requirements. Only one size exchange per order item shall be permitted.
Shipping Responsibility
The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the original product back to Horizon Wear. Horizon Wear shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer.
If Requested Size Is Unavailable
If unavailable, customers may choose another design of equivalent value or store credit. If the customer specifically requests a monetary refund instead of store credit, a fixed Exchange Handling Fee of ₹150 shall be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Horizon Wear shall bear all applicable logistics costs for approved claims. Resolution may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds shall only be processed for approved claims. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via UPI or Bank transfer. Refunds generally take 7–10 business days.
In case of size-exchange refunds owing to unavailability, COD refunds will be processed as Store Credit only.
9. Store Credit Policy
Store Credit issued by Horizon Wear (HRZN) may be provided as part of approved refunds, exchanges, promotional campaigns, goodwill resolutions, or other circumstances determined by Horizon Wear.
All Store Credit issued by Horizon Wear shall remain valid for a period of 365 days from the date of issuance. Any unused balance remaining after the validity period expires shall automatically lapse and cannot be reinstated, extended, exchanged for cash, or transferred.
Store Credit may be used towards the purchase of eligible products available on horizonwear.in. Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another individual, refunded, or exchanged for monetary value.
If the value of an order exceeds the available Store Credit balance, the remaining amount must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
If the order value is lower than the available Store Credit balance, the remaining Store Credit balance shall continue to remain available until its expiry date.
Horizon Wear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse the use of Store Credit in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, policy violations, or technical errors.
By accepting or using Store Credit issued by Horizon Wear, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Store Credit Policy.
10. Refused Deliveries & Returned Shipments
Orders returned due to customer refusal, failure to accept delivery, incorrect address provided, or repeated delivery failures may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange. Horizon Wear reserves the right to deny refund requests or deduct non-recoverable costs (forward shipping, RTO charges, payment gateway charges) from any exception granted.
11. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sales, clearance events, promotional campaigns, bundle offers, or seasonal collections shall not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases involving manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect products delivered by Horizon Wear.
12. Wash Care & Size Tolerance Disclaimer
Damage resulting from improper washing, hot water, tumble drying, direct ironing on prints, or harsh chemicals shall not qualify for return or exchange.
A variation of up to approximately 1 inch from the published size chart may occur and shall not be considered a defect.
