• Garment measurements may vary by up to approximately 1 inch due to manufacturing tolerances.
• Minor variations shall not be considered defects.

Many Horizon Wear products are produced, printed, customised, or finished after order confirmation. As a result, certain production variations may occur.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit Cards & Debit Cards
• Net Banking & Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (where available)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Certain products and locations may be eligible for Cash on Delivery. For eligible COD orders:

• A non-refundable advance confirmation amount may be required at the time of placing the order.
• The remaining amount shall be payable upon delivery.

Horizon Wear reserves the right to restrict or reject COD availability at its sole discretion, or disable it for customers with repeated failed deliveries.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Submission of an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once production, printing, packaging, or dispatch processing has commenced, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines displayed are estimates only. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Horizon Wear shall not be responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect addresses.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations shall be governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to those conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (designs, artwork, graphics, photography, logos) is owned by or licensed to Horizon Wear and is protected by applicable laws. No content may be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any Athlete, Player, Team, Club, Federation, Association, League, or Governing body. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon Wear shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by third parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
