At Horizon Wear (HRZN), we strive to process and deliver every order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality standards of our products. By placing an order on horizonwear.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Most Horizon Wear products are produced, printed, customised, or finished after order confirmation. As a result, all orders undergo a processing period before dispatch.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.
- Processing times may increase during new collection launches, sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volumes.
2. Shipping Coverage
Currently, Horizon Wear ships across most serviceable locations within India. Availability of shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) may vary based on courier serviceability and pin code coverage. We reserve the right to decline orders from locations that are not serviceable.

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping
Horizon Wear currently offers Free Shipping across India on all pre-orders. Free shipping offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the tracking information provided.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete (Full name, Mobile number, Delivery address, Landmark, Pin code). Horizon Wear shall not be responsible for failed deliveries arising from incorrect information.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To reduce fraudulent orders and failed deliveries, Horizon Wear may require a non-refundable advance confirmation amount before processing eligible COD orders. The remaining amount shall be collected upon delivery.
8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments
A shipment may be returned to Horizon Wear if the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable, or provides incorrect details. Orders returned due to customer-caused delivery failure may not be eligible for refund. Re-shipment requests may incur additional shipping charges.
9. Delayed & Lost Shipments
Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or government restrictions. Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation. If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, Horizon Wear may dispatch a replacement or issue a store credit at its sole discretion.
